As a Process Transfer and Integration Engineer at FERCHAU, you will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor technologies and scaling production. Your daily responsibilities involve developing new products within existing technology frameworks and spearheading technology transfers to 300mm wafers and external manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for integrating individual processes and modules into new technologies while driving continuous process optimization. A key part of the role includes conducting technology characterization using Design of Experiments (DOE) and maintaining comprehensive product and process documentation.
