Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for all IT-related matters, supporting both internal colleagues and external partners such as construction service providers. Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st and 2nd level support tickets via Jira, troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely via Microsoft Teams, and administering a modern system landscape featuring Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. You will also play a key role in managing mobile devices, notebooks, and cloud-based environments like Azure. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and process optimization within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or university degree in the field of Information Technology, or comparable professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
  • Experience working within a modern cloud-based IT environment
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft and Apple system landscapes
  • Experience in structured, solution-oriented technical troubleshooting under pressure
