Job Summary

As an Academy Trainer, you will be the face of the company’s quality standards, responsible for the professional onboarding of both internal employees and external partners. Your primary mission is to ensure that all stakeholders possess the technical and procedural expertise required for efficient, high-quality fiber optic expansion. On a daily basis, you will plan and deliver training through diverse formats, including digital e-learning, in-person workshops, and interactive live sessions. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and develop practical learning assessments that bridge the gap between theory and field application. This role is unique because it combines strategic training development with hands-on field presence, allowing you to directly influence the success of Germany's digital infrastructure. You will act as a 'Best Partner' ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and social competence across technical and IT-related departments.
