Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the 'Administration, Finance, IT, and Marketing' service area for the Cultural Operations of the City of Aachen, specifically within the City Library. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes in compliance with public award regulations, ensuring building safety and maintenance in cooperation with facility management, and handling cash management security. A significant portion of the role involves personnel management, budget planning, and the coordination of IT operations. You will also lead project groups and contribute to public relations and marketing strategies to promote library services.
