As a (Senior) Active Sourcing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging skilled tradespeople across Germany. Your daily activities will involve both online and offline sourcing, ranging from professional platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to physical presence at trade fairs and vocational schools. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, reactivating potential candidates, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure recruiters receive high-quality profiles. Beyond individual sourcing, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships with institutions like the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and the Federal Employment Agency. This role is unique because it combines digital headhunting with hands-on networking in the craft and trade sector, requiring a high degree of mobility and the ability to communicate effectively with both site workers and management. It is an ideal position for a proactive recruiter who enjoys strategic performance tracking and national travel.
