This role involves leading and supervising an external workgroup of individuals with disabilities at the Volkswagen OTLG site. As the Group Lead, you will be responsible for the daily integration, support, and professional development of team members while ensuring the high-quality execution of service contracts, specifically focusing on facility management and janitorial services. You will act as the primary on-site contact for Volkswagen OTLG staff and coordinate closely with legal guardians and social services. Required Skills

Education

Experience
