As the Team Lead for the external workshop group at Volkswagen OTLG, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the professional integration and development of employees with disabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing technical supervision and support for an inclusive team, ensuring the successful execution of service contracts, particularly in facility management and janitorial services. You will act as the primary on-site contact for Volkswagen OTLG staff, coordinating task assignments and operational planning to ensure smooth workflows. Beyond operational management, you will contribute to the conceptual development of the workshop group and handle administrative duties including competency analysis and documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-based field, plus a pedagogical qualification (such as gFAB, SPZ, or Work Pedagogue) or training as a Curative Education Nurse/Assistant (Heilerziehungspfleger/in).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical or craft-based trade
  • Experience in the educational or pedagogical support of individuals with disabilities
  • Experience in organizing and monitoring service-based contracts
