Job Summary

As a Managing Director in a shared leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the Lebenshilfe Werkstatt GmbH Munich, overseeing four workshops and two support centers. Your day-to-day focus involves steering the strategic direction of the organization’s service mandate, balancing social-legal requirements with pedagogical-rehabilitative goals. You will apply your commercial expertise to ensure economic sustainability and resource planning while representing the organization externally to stakeholders, funding bodies, and committees. Key requirements include a blend of pedagogical and business management expertise, coupled with significant leadership experience in social integration services (Eingliederungshilfe). You must possess a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and demonstrate an empathetic, encouraging leadership style.
