Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Aviation Equipment at HENSOLDT in Immenstaad, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and repair of high-end sensor systems, radars, and electronic protection equipment. Your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns at both the component and system levels. You will be responsible for the integration and commissioning of aviation devices, conducting rigorous environmental and aging tests, and performing detailed inspections using tools like X-ray microscopy. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician with an additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or a comparable qualification; additional training as an Electronics Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in testing analog and digital electronic components and assemblies is required
  • Extensive experience in handling complex measuring instruments and test setups such as network and logic analyzers
  • Proven experience in the integration of electronic assemblies and devices
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting technical drawings, test specifications, and repair manuals for complex systems
  • Experience in creating quality notifications and service reports within a production environment
