Job Summary

As a Planning Engineer, you will take independent responsibility for complex project tasks related to the decommissioning of the Morsleben radioactive waste repository. Your day-to-day work involves creating professional procedural and permit documentation, as well as participating in the engineering planning and implementation of geotechnical structures, such as drift seals and borehole seals. You will be responsible for evaluating the functionality of these structures and presenting results to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a background in mining or civil engineering who enjoys technical documentation and quality assurance.
