Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of practical professional experience in the SAP HCM field
  • Significant experience participating in SAP HCM implementation projects, ideally within a municipal or public sector environment
  • Experience in gathering, evaluating, and qualifying technical and functional requirements
  • Experience in process analysis and conceptual design of HR workflows
  • At least one year of IT-specific professional experience if applying with a vocational qualification
