As an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Frankfurt, you will play a crucial role in a long-term infrastructure project for a leading German IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing incidents and service requests through an ITSM ticketing system, installing and configuring clients via SCCM, and maintaining user accounts within Active Directory. You will also be responsible for the physical setup and decommissioning of IT workstation equipment and managing assets within customer databases.
