Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Berlin, you will provide critical technical assistance directly at two alternating client locations. Your daily responsibilities include managing first-level and 1.5-level support tickets, resolving IT malfunctions, and handling user requests within a modern enterprise environment. You will be deeply involved in user management through Active Directory and Microsoft Azure, while also executing hardware rollouts, system moves, and upgrades (IMAC). This role is ideal for a flexible professional who enjoys direct user contact and wants to work within a large-scale infrastructure project for a leading German IT service provider. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in user support or IT rollout environments
  • Experience with complex network infrastructures
  • Practical experience in Active Directory administration and basic Azure tasks
  • Professional experience in processing IT malfunctions and system problems
