This role involves providing essential support within a laboratory environment to ensure smooth daily operations. As a Laboratory Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include the collection, cleaning, and sterilization of lab materials and reagents, as well as the disposal of solid and liquid laboratory waste. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining equipment such as sterilizers, and documenting these processes. A unique aspect of this role is the hands-on maintenance of benchtop bioreactors.
