Job Summary

As the Maintenance Team Lead West, you will play a pivotal role in RWE's expanding battery storage portfolio, overseeing decentralized power plants in Western Germany. During the construction phase, you will serve as the primary operational contact and representative for the operating company, ensuring a seamless transition from project phase to daily operations. Once operational, you will lead a local maintenance team, managing technical availability, safety compliance, and financial performance. Your day-to-day involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, and performing root cause analyses for complex technical faults. This role is unique as it offers the opportunity to build and shape a new regional team within a rapidly growing green energy sector. You will act as a problem-solver with technical excellence, ensuring high plant availability while upholding rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
