Required Skills
Education
Qualification for Career Group 2, 1st Entry Level of the Non-Technical Administrative Service; OR completed Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II); OR a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or Economics with relevant course content.
Experience
- Professional experience in organizational management or public administration
- Minimum 2 years of task-related professional experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative processing (Sachbearbeitung) within public administration
- Experience in process modeling and systematic organizational investigations
- Experience in handling economic and follow-up cost calculations

- Must be willing to participate in mandatory further training for specialized certifications (e.g., KGSt Organizational Management, Project Management, Agile Methods). Open to both salaried employees (TVöD-V) and civil servants (LBesG NRW). Location: Mönchengladbach, Germany.
