As the Director of Project Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition in Germany by leading the expansion of a high-performance utility-scale battery storage (BESS) pipeline. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to ready-to-build status, ensuring all projects meet strict economic KPIs. Your day-to-day involves strategic planning, identifying market potentials, and managing critical partnerships with grid operators, landowners, and authorities. You will lead and scale a nationwide team of eight professionals, fostering a collaborative culture while driving digital transformation and data-based decision-making. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of the German regulatory landscape and a passion for sustainable infrastructure.
