Job Summary

This role supports the management office of the Tumor Center Magdeburg/Saxony-Anhalt e.V. in a part-time capacity (50%). As an Executive Assistant, you will handle the day-to-day office management, including processing correspondence, managing schedules, and maintaining the member database. You will also play a key role in financial administration, such as bookkeeping and preparing tax documents. Beyond administrative tasks, you will assist in organizing board meetings, member assemblies, and public events focused on cancer prevention and information. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working independently in a medical/academic environment. The role offers a collaborative atmosphere within a maximum-care university hospital setting, providing access to internal training and health management programs. It is a fixed-term position until June 2026, offering a structured environment for those with strong organizational skills and a background in healthcare administration.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in business administration (commercial training), ideally with a specialization in healthcare.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a commercial or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
