Job Summary

As the Lead Business Expert Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces' (Bundeswehr) medical facilities. You will be responsible for the technical conception and management of infrastructure and application measures across regional medical centers. Your daily tasks involve analyzing existing IT landscapes, advising project sponsors, and coordinating complex rollout measures to ensure modern medical care for soldiers. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategic planning and practical implementation, requiring you to manage diverse stakeholder interests in a complex, mission-critical environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting and managing complex IT programs, including their realization and transition.
  • Extensive experience in high-level stakeholder communication and managing conflicting interests.
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects at locations with heterogeneous infrastructure and application requirements.
  • Professional experience in the technical management of digitalization measures within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Ideally, professional experience within the environment of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
