This role involves ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by managing high-mobility end devices and their backend infrastructure. As a 2nd Level Incident Specialist, you will be responsible for the SLA-compliant operation of mobile services, focusing heavily on ITIL-compliant Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing mobile devices across various security domains, performing on-site evaluations of hardware, software, and firmware, and updating knowledge management documentation. You will also collaborate closely with 3rd level support for complex error analysis. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with an IT focus or equivalent specialist knowledge through relevant professional experience; ITIL v3 Foundation certification is desirable.

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management specifically within EMM environments
  • Experience in operating ITIL-compliant processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
  • Experience in managing and supporting mobile end devices
  • Experience in technical documentation and knowledge management
