Job Summary

This permanent role within the 'IT Strategy, Steering, and Service' unit involves the high-level coordination and planning of IT projects. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of IT systems, supporting requirements management, and planning IT services across network, client, and server infrastructures. A significant part of the role includes aligning IT architecture while considering decentralized IT needs and implementing robust security measures. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy structured, analytical work and have a strong desire to shape IT landscapes within the public sector. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Environmental Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT project management, specifically in the planning and control of IT projects
  • Professional experience in identifying and documenting technical requirements and specifications
  • Professional experience in developing and implementing architecture management processes
  • Professional experience in IT security measures and security management

Additional

  • Willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜ 2) according to the Security Check Act (SÜG) is mandatory. The position is located within the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) context.
