Job Summary

As a Data Scientist, you will join an agile team in Nuremberg, focusing on designing and implementing data-driven applications, particularly for Risk Management Systems. Your daily tasks will involve extensive data exploration, developing use cases, and performing statistical analysis on large datasets. You will be responsible for implementing Proof-of-Concept for both supervised and unsupervised machine learning applications and ensuring their productive deployment within a modern MLOps pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills to present findings both internally and externally. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma (FH), Bachelor) in IT-related fields (Informatics, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science or similar)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT-related fields (Informatics, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, etc.) or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through relevant professional experience
  • Experience with new IT technologies (desirable)
  • Rudimentary knowledge of taxation (desirable)
  • Experience with Python, Machine Learning (sklearn, tensorflow), Statistics, MLOps, SQL, GIT, Agile working methods (SCRUM) (desirable)
