Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for the SRH Clinic in Sigmaringen, including its associated medical practices and nursing school. As a member of an experienced team, you will manage approximately 1,000 IT workstations, handling incident management and service requests across first and second-level support. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware like printers and scanners, managing the IMAC lifecycle (installation, configuration, and hardware replacement), and administering user permissions via Active Directory. You will also support specialized clinical software such as ORBIS and EVA-Abasoft. The position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and internal customer consulting. Required Skills
