Job Summary

As an IT First Level Support Specialist at SRH Klinikum Sigmaringen, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues across a network of 1,000 IT workstations, including the hospital, local medical practices, and a nursing school. Your daily responsibilities involve incident management, troubleshooting hardware like printers and scanners, and managing the full IMAC lifecycle (installation, move, add, change) for client computers. You will also handle user administration and permissions within Active Directory and support specialized clinical software such as ORBIS and EVA-Abasoft. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of hands-on hardware support and software configuration. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT service or technical support
  • Experience in the digitalization of processes or IT-related projects
  • Practical experience with IT hardware components and PC assembly/disassembly
  • Experience in customer-oriented service delivery
  • Participation in on-call standby shifts (required after 6-12 months of onboarding)
