Job Summary

As an IT First Level Support Specialist at the SRH Central Clinic in Suhl, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues across approximately 1,000 IT workstations. Your daily responsibilities include incident management, troubleshooting hardware such as printers and scanners, and managing user permissions within Active Directory. You will also play a key role in the IMAC lifecycle, handling the installation, configuration, and replacement of client hardware. Beyond reactive support, you will contribute to customer-oriented IT projects and process optimization.
