Required Skills

Education

• Completed third entry-level examination for the administration and finance field OR • Successfully completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenprüfung II) OR • Successfully completed training as an Administrative Assistant and successfully completed further training as an Administrative IT Specialist OR • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Public Management OR • Successfully completed degree in Information Technology (e.g., Bachelor or Master in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Administration, E-Government, Economics, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Computer Science or Information Technology) OR • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), preferably with a focus on IT OR • Successfully completed vocational training/further education with advanced qualification, e.g., certified IT Specialist (IHK), certified Business IT Specialist (IHK)

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT environment (advantageous)
  • Leadership experience and a modern leadership understanding
