Job Summary

As an Operations Lead in Upstream Processing (USP), you will play a pivotal role in a leading Biologics Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of production staff and the hands-on operation and monitoring of sophisticated USP production equipment, such as the XDR 2000. Your daily activities involve ensuring strict adherence to cGMP regulations, maintaining cleanroom operations, and overseeing the documentation and testing of manufacturing records. You will also coordinate maintenance, calibration, and equipment qualification while driving continuous process improvements.
