Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor / Operations Lead for Downstream Processing at Celonic, you will play a pivotal role in the GMP-compliant production of life-saving biologics. You will provide technical leadership to the production team, ensuring that customer orders are executed accurately and on schedule. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising cleanroom operations, operating specialized equipment such as ÄKTA and TFF systems, and managing process validations. You will also be responsible for maintaining rigorous documentation, training new staff, and representing the DSP team during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
