Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in monitoring IT applications within a production environment, operating in a 24x7 mode. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for all incoming communications (calls, emails, faxes), documenting operational processes, and managing incoming tickets by qualifying, classifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and documenting them. A key responsibility involves promptly reacting to security incidents, identifying warnings and system disruptions, and immediately isolating occurring errors. Required Skills
Education
