Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite Support Specialist in Kölleda, focusing on providing direct technical assistance to users. The specialist will handle a variety of tasks including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client systems, supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android), and diagnosing network problems at workstations. Key responsibilities also involve performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, and meticulously documenting all tasks in a ticketing system. This position requires a proactive individual capable of providing hands-on support for network components and participating in on-call duty, offering a blend of onsite and potential remote work flexibility.
