Job Summary

This role involves planning, managing, and overseeing passive and active cybersecurity awareness measures and campaigns within the German Armed Forces, utilizing both print and digital media, as well as conducting training for specific target groups. The successful candidate will evaluate the effectiveness of these measures, propose improvements, and manage an information portal for awareness products. They will also participate in national and international events to identify new developments in information security awareness and derive implications for the Bundeswehr's portfolio. This position offers an attractive salary, potential for civil servant status, and the flexibility of full-time or part-time work with home office options. Regular domestic and international business trips and potential lecturing activities are expected.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or university diploma in Computer Science, Cyber-Security, Technical Information Security, or comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Information Technology and Electronics (ITE)
  • Professional experience with common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)
  • Professional experience in employee leadership
  • Professional experience in information security and relevant national regulations (desired)
  • Professional experience in the use of IT security products and tools (desired)
  • Professional experience in the conception and execution of employee training and creation of training materials (desired)
  • Professional experience in media production and the use of suitable computer hardware, software, audio, and video technology (desired)
  • Professional experience in common programming languages (Java, MySQL, C, C#) (desired)

  • German citizenship required. Willingness to undergo a health suitability assessment. Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü2 level required).
