As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments. Your daily activities will involve analyzing and resolving complex technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including network systems and server architectures. You will act as a vital link between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring efficient escalation management and the implementation of sustainable technical solutions. Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you will actively participate in system monitoring, performance optimization, and the rollout of security patches and updates.
