This role involves managing and modernizing the technical documentation for the Ruhleben sewage treatment plant, a critical infrastructure site in Berlin. As a Digital Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for the recording, updating, and maintenance of all documentation types, ensuring that information is readily available for both internal and external project stakeholders. A key focus of the position is implementing the company's digital strategy by validating and providing digital model data across BIM, PDM, CAD, and CAE systems. You will perform target/actual comparisons of digital documentation standards and assist in the procurement of external services. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Documentation, Information/Data Management, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in digital documentation or information and data management
- Experience working with 2D/3D CAD systems and database-linked systems
- Practical knowledge of technical equipment and plant construction within the wastewater sector
- Experience in managing document classes and legal compliance for technical records
- Professional experience in implementing digital strategies and model data validation
