Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Onsite IT Process Technician in Braunschweig, supporting the IT processes for a commercial vehicle manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including software and operating system installations, configuring and repairing desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite. A key part of the role involves coordinating operational processes with specialist departments and projects, managing IT processes according to ITIL, and planning resources and work packages. The position offers a chance to take on more responsibility within a supportive, international team, with regular working hours and good public transport links. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially through temporary employment with the option for direct hire.
