Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Practical experience in database management, specifically using SQL
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving for complex IT processes
  • Experience in customer-facing communication and interdepartmental coordination
  • Willingness to participate in on-call standby shifts
