Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Hechingen, you will be the primary point of contact for technical solutions directly at client locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, as well as managing Windows clients and printing systems. You will play a critical role in analyzing IT infrastructure malfunctions and resolving complex issues within network and telecommunications environments as part of the 2nd level support team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a technical background in system integration or IT support. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training such as IT System Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Experience in the installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions
- Initial experience working within network environments
- Experience managing Windows clients and peripheral devices such as printers
- Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is initially via temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover.
