Job Summary
As an IT Technician for a law firm in Frankfurt am Main, you will join the Field Service team to provide essential end-user support. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the full lifecycle of support tickets, from initial acceptance to detailed documentation. You will be responsible for setting up, moving, and dismantling IT workstations, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site. Beyond technical fixes, you will act as a guide for users, instructing them on the correct use of their equipment and software. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT System Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or system integration
- Experience handling common client peripheral devices such as printers and headsets
- Experience in onsite IT workstation organization, including moves and setups
- Experience using IT ticketing systems for incident management
Languages
Additional
- Class B driver's license is desirable. The role is based in Frankfurt am Main and involves physical on-site presence for workstation setups and moves.
