This role involves providing direct onsite technical support for an international IT services and engineering firm in Hamburg. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and communication system malfunctions. Your daily tasks include performing Second Level Support directly at customer sites, administering client environments, and managing the full lifecycle of client hardware and software. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation and inventory data. Required Skills
