Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will join a growing IT consultancy providing critical information and communication technology services. Your daily responsibilities involve managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes, providing 1st and 2nd level support both on-site and remotely, and troubleshooting end-user devices. You will be responsible for software installations and maintaining technical documentation within a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Customer Support Specialist, or a similar qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar IT support role
- Practical experience in hardware maintenance and peripheral device management
- Experience with IT architectures, infrastructure, and application landscapes
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft operating systems in a professional environment
- Experience in executing IMAC processes and maintaining technical documentation

- Valid Class B driver's license is required. Role is located in Frankfurt am Main and involves local onsite support.
