Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in Munich, you will provide critical 2nd level support and field services for a nationwide service provider, specifically supporting client workstations for a major industrial group. Your daily responsibilities involve the end-to-end management of client systems, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and various peripherals. You will be tasked with hardware and software diagnostics, troubleshooting, data recovery, and the installation of new hardware. Additionally, you will handle ticket dispatching, documentation, and warranty processing. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for professional development within a flat hierarchy, starting as a temporary placement with a strong option for permanent takeover. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in 2nd level IT support environments
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software faults
- Experience with the commissioning and installation of IT hardware
- Experience in documenting technical issues within a ticketing system
Languages

- Valid Class B driver's license is desirable; position is based in Munich (Neuperlach Süd); role involves on-site support and field service.
