Job Summary
As a VIP IT Support Specialist in Hamburg, you will provide high-level technical assistance within an international IT services and engineering environment. Your daily responsibilities involve resolving technical incidents via phone, email, and remote tools, primarily in English. You will be responsible for the configuration and installation of PCs, workstations, and peripheral hardware, while also managing file permissions and directory structures. For complex issues, you will collaborate closely with 3rd-level specialists and maintain detailed technical documentation in a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or system integration
- Practical experience with Windows 10 and standard Office software
