Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring hardware availability and managing mobile devices for a client based in Munich-Sendling. Your day-to-day activities will involve 1st level support via the TopDesk ticketing system, handling inquiries through phone and email, and providing on-site assistance. You will play a key role in Mobile Device Management (MDM), where you will deploy applications to mobile devices and test new hardware. Additionally, you will manage hardware rollouts, including the setup, dismantling, and replacement of equipment. The position requires a completed vocational training in IT and previous experience with ticketing systems or MDM solutions. This is an attractive opportunity offering a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and a modern work environment with excellent public transport links. The role is initially through labor leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover by the client.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT System Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in using IT ticketing systems
  • Experience in the field of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Professional experience in 1st level technical support
  • Experience in hardware installation, dismantling, and replacement
