Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Specialist, you will be the primary on-site technical support for a large healthcare network including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. Your daily responsibilities involve maintaining and troubleshooting IT solutions, installing hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and thin clients, and supporting users with software and hardware issues. You will play a critical role in IT rollouts, migrations, and office moves while collaborating closely with infrastructure and project teams. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and direct user interaction. Required Skills
Education

- Experience with Windows and Office environments
- Experience in healthcare IT environments (preferred)

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required; Participation in on-call service (Rufbereitschaft); Primary work locations include Mülheim, Essen-Borbeck, Essen-Huttrop, and Essen-Kupferdreh.
