Job Summary

As the IT Security Manager and CISO for the Contilia Group, you will lead the holistic information and IT security strategy for a large healthcare network. Reporting directly to executive management, you will serve as an independent advisor to the CIO, ensuring the organization meets critical regulatory requirements such as GDPR, NIS-2, and KRITIS standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), overseeing cyber defense, conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, and coordinating emergency and crisis management protocols. You will act as a bridge between technical teams, external service providers, and leadership, fostering a culture of security awareness across the entire group.
