As an IT Systems Administrator for the City of Potsdam, you will play a vital role in maintaining and modernizing the digital infrastructure for the municipal administration and nearly 50 local schools. Your daily responsibilities include the implementation, configuration, and monitoring of specialized software applications, ensuring high availability and system stability. You will work closely with external software vendors and internal departments to manage updates, coordinate software rollouts through packaging, and refine user access profiles. Beyond routine operations, you will contribute to IT projects by developing implementation concepts, conducting risk analyses for IT security, and supporting license management. Required Skills

Education
