Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role is based within the Information and Communication Technology department for the City of Potsdam. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of IT infrastructure across the city administration and nearly 50 local schools. Day-to-day, you will provide first and second-level support, manage software roll-outs, and oversee the configuration and maintenance of IT systems and end-user devices. The role involves a mix of remote maintenance and on-site troubleshooting, alongside active participation in IT projects and the steering of external service providers.
