Job Summary
As an SAP RE-FX Application Consultant for the City of Stuttgart, you will join the SAP Competence Center to manage and develop the Flexible Real Estate Management module. Your daily responsibilities include the continuous technical improvement of the RE-FX module, administration of user roles, and providing second-level support to resolve complex technical issues. You will act as a bridge between technology and the municipal departments, conducting workshops, designing user training sessions, and creating comprehensive documentation. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical system maintenance and advisory tasks. Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT or a comparable technical field, or a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) with relevant experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP application support, specifically with the RE-FX module
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational IT qualification
- Experience in a municipal or public sector environment is preferred
- Experience in conducting workshops and creating technical documentation
- Proven track record in analytical problem-solving and independent work

Additional
- Recognition of foreign degrees is mandatory (e.g., German engineering title or equivalent). Non-German certificates must be accompanied by a sworn translation. The position is based in Stuttgart with a fixed application deadline of April 30, 2026.
