Job Summary

This role is for a motivated System Administrator specializing in Remote Access Service (RAS) solutions, contributing to the digital future and IT security of Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, SLA and OLA-compliant operation of various VPN solutions, including hardware (genucard) and software products (AnyConnect, genuconnect). Key responsibilities include providing 2nd Level Support, performing regular testing of new releases, and executing IMAC/R/D activities, primarily focusing on rollout and troubleshooting. The position involves managing remote access issues, participating in quality management and testing, planning and implementing IT service changes, and installing/configuring modern RAS solutions with a strong focus on security standards. This role is ideal for someone with IT support experience looking to deepen their expertise in VPN technologies and contribute to critical IT infrastructure.
