This role is for a dedicated Sales Professional focused on building automation solutions, specifically within HVAC and measurement and control technology. The successful candidate will manage and expand an existing client base, integrating technical projects and services into complex customer systems. Day-to-day activities involve sales responsibility for new and existing business, closing service contracts, and driving service growth. The position requires a strategic mindset to identify market trends, develop innovative sales strategies, and manage offer processes and contract negotiations. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or similar. Alternatively, a Master/Technician qualification with several years of professional experience and relevant further professional training.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in sales and/or project management within technical building equipment (TGA), with a focus on HVAC and measurement and control technology
  • Basic commercial knowledge, including understanding decision-making processes for public and private investors
