Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist for the City of Stuttgart's School Administration Office, you will play a vital role in the digital transformation of approximately 150 schools. Your daily responsibilities include managing hardware and software incidents via phone, email, and digital workplace platforms using BMC Helix. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and Office environments, as well as specialized educational software. A unique aspect of this role is the administration of mobile devices using Apple Management solutions like Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager. You will also handle user administration in Active Directory and HCL Notes. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and MDM solutions is preferred
